The mandatory font is the Gills Sans family. (Also known as Gill Sans MT)

Headings and sub-headings should be Gills Sans regular, bold, italic or light.

Body copy should be Gills Sans light.

It is recognised that this font is not always accessible. In the absence of Gills Sans, the substitute font is Arial. A mix of Gills Sans and Arial in the one document is to be avoided – if it is available, only Gills Sans must be used.
